The BBC reports that due to the value of the digital goods within the games that a stolen WoW account may be worth more than that of a stolen credit card. A credit card and it’s underlying info may fetch about $6 but a WoW account with decent assets could be worth $10 or more. No doubt this new black market will entice hackers.
