Dale is a 1st generation Fil-Am from Chicago who now lives in NY. He does a great job representing Pinoy pride as he mentions Filipino culture and the influence it has had on his interest in cooking and cuisine. His favorite dish? Kare-kare, the ox tail stew with peanut sauce. mmmm sarap!

I’m sure Filipino’s will be eagerly watching and giving Dale their support as he competes to be the next Top Chef! How cool would it be if he went back to the Philippines once the competition was finished to open a restaurant. It would be a hit without a doubt! :-)

While the Aryty Team was busy giving out free Smart, Sun and Globe load to attendees at the event I made sure to take a break to enjoy his performance as I am definitely a fan.
